For the Lorusso family having a child graduate from college is no surprise.

Senior Christa Lorusso is the youngest of three who is graduating from college in her family. “It’s crazy how fast the years have gone by,” said her mother Sue Lorusso.

“I can remember moving her in like it was yesterday,” her mother Sue adds.

Christa is from North Haven, Connecticut and studied Fine Arts over the past four years. One unique thing about her was that she spent her last two years living in the popular off-campus house known as “A-Frame,” which stands right across the street from the dining hall and campus garden.

“That was probably the coolest thing about her college experience,” said her mother Sue. “She was technically off campus but she was still so close to everyone else.”

Not only are her parents proud of her for graduating college, but for being in the Senior Art Show as well. “One of our proudest moments of her was seeing her in the Senior Art Show,” her mother said.

“It just goes to show how hard she has worked over the past four years,” Sue adds.
